Registration takes just a few minutes. Visit our portal, click "Request Access," and complete the agency verification form. Our team will review your submission and send you secure login credentials.
Yes. All accounts are protected with hashed passwords, two-factor authentication (TOTP or email code) for mobile logins, JWT-based session tokens, and role-based access controls. Every action on a trip is logged for audit.
At each handoff point the next person in the trip shows a unique QR code from their app. The person receiving the handoff scans it from their camera. The server validates the token against the trip and logs the scan. Only the assigned participants can complete the scan.
The driver app streams its GPS location over a Socket.IO channel while the trip is active. The agency dashboard and the other assigned participants see the live position and current trip status update in real time.
Drivers, agents and VIPs each have their own view in the Motorcade mobile app. The same login selects the right experience based on the user role, and each app is purpose-built for the actions that role needs to take on a trip.
